Hourly Rates Apply

  • Define Recruitment Budget & analyse Advertising options

  • Job Spec outline

  • Co-ordinating phone, onsite and video conference interviews for candidates

  • Co-ordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process (if applicable)

  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with the candidates

  • Work collaboratively with Schedulers & Coordinators on cross-functional teams

  • Provision of solutions, options and informed recruitment recommendations

  • Scheduling of Interviews

  • Pre Applicant Screening Service

  • Interview Presence

  • Competency Testing & Reference Checking

  • Employment Contract Admin & Support

Package 3


Full day / Half Day per week – Onsite

  • Creation and maintaining of employee personnel files

  • Generation of employment contracts, new starter packs and other relevant HR documentation

  • Co-ordination of the recruitment process from start to finish

  • Managing the Absence Management Procedure is implemented and adhered to with responsibility for tracking absence and other relevant information

  • Assist with the co-ordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings and ensure all paperwork is retained

  • Co-ordinating and tracing HR processes (exit interviews, probation period, on boarding process tracking)

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements to provide the necessary advice to the company

  • Training Requirements Co-ordination

  • Answering general HR queries from employees

  • Directing employee queries to the relevant personnel

  • Implementing of HR Policies and Procedures

  • Creating and distributing employment-related communication

  • Onsite Support

Maintain, update HR data to ensure accurate HR reporting & compliance

  • Co-ordinating on all aspects of Recruitment

  • Support and deliverance on general HR administration

  • Point of contact to handle queries from employees & direct accordingly

  • Co-ordinating and tracing HR processes (exit interviews, probation period, on boarding process tracking)

  • Compile and update employee records

  • Co-ordination of administrative HR processes (service awards, end of month reports, HR database, update of HR documents, employment contracts, employee handbook & starter packs)

  • Training Requirements Co-ordination

  • Creating and distributing employment-related communication
